Two residential sites yielding 980 units released

Two residential sites, estimated to yield 980 housing units, were released by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and the Housing & Development Board (HDB) for sale on Thursday.

The first, a 99-year executive condominium (EC) site at Westwood Avenue, was released for sale under the confirmed list.

The site, which spans about 186,051.9 square feet (sq ft), has a maximum permissible gross floor area of about 520,945.2 sq ft (48,397.44 sqm), based on a gross plot ratio of 2.8.

Separately, a 99-year leasehold residential site measuring about 150,762.4 sq ft was released on the reserve list. It has a maximum permisssible gross floor area of 452,288.3 sq ft.
