Venue Residences/Shoppes to be priced at $1,450 psf

CITY Developments Limited and Hong Leong Holdings's The Venue Residences and Shoppes will be launched for sale at about $1,450 per square foot (psf) next Friday.

An early-bird discount will be offered on the preview day, Oct 18.

Situated along Tai Thong Crescent, the 99-year leasehold mixed development offers 266 residential units and 28 retail and dining units.

The residential units, which are spread across four towers of 260 units and a low-rise residential block of six units, come in various configurations.
