Chesterton Global buys 70% stake in Chestern Singapore Remaining 30% will be held by Donald Han, exec directors Source: Business Times By: Mindy Tan Chesterton Global has bought a 70 per cent stake in Chestern Singapore, which was led by veteran property consultant Donald Han. The remaining 30 per cent stake in the consultancy, which has been rebranded as Chesterton Singapore effective Aug 1, will be held by Mr Han and individual executive directors. The panel of executive directors include Brigid Chan, who will head the business solutions team comprising tenant and landlord representation as well as corporate residential, and Elaine Chow who will helm the research arm. Chee Hok Yean, former managing director of hospitality consultancy HVS and executive vice-president of Jones Lang LaSalle hotels, will head the hotels, valuation and capital markets teams. |
